I was born in Rome, Italy, although I feel I am a citizen of the world. I graduated with the highest grades in ‘Fashion and Costume Sciences’ at the Sapienza University of Rome. During my student years I’ve had different work experiences such as assistant of a well-known fashion journalist, Roberta Filippini, for ANSA news agency. At the time, I used to run from a fashion show to another, discovering new voices and secrets, absorbing atmospheres, eager to learn new stories and styles.
What influenced my choices the most was my early passion that never left me. I was only 20 years old when I started collecting fabrics designed by the most important Mainson from the 70’s- 80’s and 90’s. I was fascinated by all the pattern of designers such as Saint-Laurent, Cardin, Dior, Galitzine, Valentino, Ungaro, Versace, Mila Schon and others from the past. I’ve never thought of being a fashion designer because I had never designed before, or even learn at school how to cut and paste. But those fabrics I gathered from all over the world were calling me, they were my sirens, along with my great curiosity.
I started using those fabrics to create one-of-a kind items of clothing, using only sustainable materials that were immediately appreciated. They also caught the attention of Franca Sozzani, Vogue Italia’s director. Sozzani and Sara Maino offered me the opportunity to  participate in the 2011 edition of “Vogue Talents Corner” in Milan. That’s where it all began. Than later I found myself designing my own fabrics.

Research has always been a starting point and an inspiration for the creative development of my style. My aim is to make modern everything that looks retro: I analyze the past, work on archives in order to look at the future. I like to dare, to play and experiment new paths, following my inspirations and intuitions, always backed up by research, study and experience. All this means also to be sure to always be respectful to the planet earth during all the process of the production of my collections.

After dedicating my work entirely to my brand, achieving great results, in the last few years I’ve been working as a consultant for other brands, as a fashion designer for Max Mara and as an interior designer for the Augustus Hotel & Resort, a 5 star luxury hotel in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.
